MEET THE TEAM
Forrest Rohde
A veteran of the United States Air Force Fire Protection Services, Forrest found CrossFit and Kettlebell training in 2009. A wild land firefighter, he frequently found himself in the middle of nowhere with a few kettlebells and nothing but time. Forrest is a CF-L1, certified in CrossFit Powerlifting, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Gymnastics, and the Pavel Method of Kettlebell training.
Professionally, Forrest is a master builder. The man can build just about anything as beautifully as you can dream it! He also works as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, holding a Master of Science in Safety Science from Embry Riddle University.
Forrest is a devoted husband and father to Eli, Olivia, Colin, and his youngest, Forrest Benjamin. He loves to be outdoors, and is constantly seeking adventure.
Meghan found Crossfit in 2010 when she was working at Cleveland Clinic in the Sports Health department. Frequently encountering professional athletes, she worked with a professional triathlete who used CrossFit as his supplemental training. Convincing her to try "Fight Gone Bad" one day at lunch, and she was flat on her back...and hooked.
She started competing in CrossFit in 2012, quickly making her way into Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting competitions. In 2021, she qualified for the Legends Championship (which is now where the Masters CrossFit Games will be held), placing 15th in the world. With several national titles under her weightlifting belt, and a top 2% finish in the 2021 CrossFit Games Open season, Meghan has had an impressive career.
She holds a PhD in Sports Performance from Rocky Mountain University, a DPT from the University of Montana, and is Board Certified in Sports Physical Therapy. She now focuses on fitness and wellness for life, rather than competition. She is passionate about working with women and mothers of all ages to find their strengths in motherhood and beyond.
